Medford, Oregon Jazz Jubilee with the 5 trombone small big-band The Rack of Bones. Led by Don Tingle, former trombonist with Les Brown's Band of Renown--known for making Doris Day's version of Sentimental Journey a #1 hit during WWII. Our swing and dixieland tour included venues in Sun Valley, Idaho. I learned to stand in front to sing being careful to avoid those low note slides.
